Self Clinching Studs

Self-clinching studs are permanent mechanical fasteners that provide load-bearing male threads in thin, ductile sheet metal via cold flow. A serrated clinching ring acts as an interference fit, locking the stud into the panel to resist push-out, torque-out, and pull-through forces. They are widely utilized in electronics, automotive, and telecommunications for mounting components where welding is impractical.
