Blind Rivets
Structural blind rivets are high-strength fasteners featuring an internal mechanical locking mechanism that permanently retains the mandrel within the rivet body post-installation. This locked mandrel completely fills the shear plane, yielding extraordinary tensile and shear capacities while rendering the joint highly resilient to severe dynamic vibrations. Installed from a single side, they typically break flush with the rivet head, generating a snag-free profile with inherent weather-sealing properties. They act as critical load-bearing alternatives to welding or heavy bolting in commercial trailer manufacturing, aerospace assemblies, and heavy industrial infrastructure.
