Rilli grooved blind rivets are specialized fasteners designed specifically for blind holes in soft or fibrous substrates, relying on an expanding body with annular rings to achieve mechanical interlock. As the mandrel is actuated, the external grooves embed directly into the hole walls, establishing a robust connection entirely within the substrate's depth. Combining an aluminum body with a zinc-plated steel mandrel, they yield a reliable balance of shear strength and corrosion resistance.
