Countersunk Allen Screws

Countersunk (CSK) Allen screws are engineered with a conical head that tapers to sit perfectly flush with or below the mating material's surface, minimizing aerodynamic drag and mechanical interference. Integrating an internal hexalobular or hexagonal drive, these fasteners facilitate secure torque application while preventing tool slippage. Although their countersunk geometry inherently reduces tensile load capacity compared to standard cap screws, they are widely specified in machine guards, aerospace components, and moving assemblies requiring unobstructed surface clearances.
