Elevator Bolts

Elevator bolts feature a distinctly large, thin, and flat head coupled with a square or ribbed under-neck to prevent rotation during installation. The ultra-low head profile minimizes surface protrusion, allowing moving components to glide over the fastener without obstruction or abrasive wear. The square neck firmly seats into soft materials like rubber or wood, facilitating high-torque nut tightening from a single side. Originally developed for securing buckets to vertical conveyor belts, they are now utilized in material handling equipment and flush-mount woodworking applications.
