Weld Studs

Weld studs are headless or specialized fasteners engineered for permanent attachment to a metal substrate via capacitor discharge (CD) or drawn arc welding. This metallurgical bonding process creates a full-cross-sectional weld that typically exceeds the tensile strength of the stud or base material itself without requiring drilled or tapped holes. They preserve the structural integrity and aesthetic finish of the reverse side while providing exceptional resistance to vibration and shear forces.
